Processes & SOPs Development:

Developed processes and standard operating procedures for a new segment of a leading multinational client of agriculture sector based on best practices globally. Processes under scope were as follows:

  • Planning and Budgeting;
  • Revenue and Receivables;
  • Inventory Management;
  • Cash Management;
  • Human Resource;
  • Financial Management and Reporting; and
  • Procure to Pay.

We developed standardized policies of the above-mentioned processes in line with the client’s global policies to minimize chances of fraud and error. Lines of authority were drawn with respect to strategic and operational matters in a way where responsibilities were clearly defined and segregation of duties enforced to ensure that strong internal controls are in place while at the same time processes run smoothly. Training of employees were conducted in the end for maximum efficiency of processes.
